Here is a circuit that uses a mosfet amplifier amplicable for subwoofer as the main booster, or the basis of this boosterAmplifier. Rolling Shutter Motor Control

 Rolling Shutter Motor Control Circuit. An electrically operated rolling shutter usually has a standard control panel with a three-position switch: up, down and stop. If you would like to automate the opening and closing with a time controlled switch, a few additional wires will have to be connected. Typically, the controls are implemented as indicated in the schematic ‘Normal Situation’. If this is indeed the case, then you can see in ‘New Situation’ how the shutter can be automated with a timer. There is only one method to determine the actual schematic of your control schema, and that is to open the control box and using an ohmmeter, pencil and paper to check out and draw the schema. Make sure you turn the power off first though! Connect a 230-V relay (with both the contacts and the coil rated 230 VAC) to the timer.

The changeover switch between automatic and manual control needs to be rated 230 VAC as well and may not be a hazard for the user. The relay and switch are preferably fitted in a plastic mains adapter enclosure with built-in plug, which is plugged into the timer. It is a good idea to check first if this will actually fit. Because of the manual/automatic-switch, the operation is completely fail-safe and misunderstandings are out of the question. The switch prevents the issue of conflicting commands (with disastrous consequences) when, for example, the shutter is being automatically raised and manually lowered at the same time.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION


The TDA1510AQ is a class-B integrated output amplifier encapsulated in a 13-lead single in-line (SlL) plastic power package. Developed primarily for car radio application, the device can also be used to drive low impedance loads (down to 1,6 Ω). With a supply voltage (VP) of 14,4 V, an output power of 24 W can be delivered into a 4 Ω Bridge Tied Load (BTL), or when used as a stereo amplifier, 2 × 12 W into 2 Ω or 2 × 7 W into 4 Ω.

Using this schema you can convert the 12V dc in to the 220V Ac. In this schema 4047 is use to generate the square wave of 50hz and amplify the current and then amplify the voltage by using the step transformer.

How to calculate transformer rating

The basic formula is P=VI and between input output of the transformer we have Power input = Power output

For example if we want a 220W output at 220V then we need 1A at the output. Then at the input we must have at least 18.3V at 12V because: 12V*18.3 = 220v*1

So you have to wind the step up transformer 12v to 220v but input winding must be capable to bear 20A.

Electronic12Vdc Mobile Battery Charger Circuit Diagram provides up to 20 V output from a 12-V automotive supply, to enable constant current charging of Nicad battery assemblies up to about 18 V total. VI forms a square-wave oscillator, Dl and D2, coupling this square wave to the 12-V battery supply to obtain over 20 Vdc. If this is not needed, SI is left open. Ql forms a current regulator to determine the charging rate of the rechargeable battery. R4 is selected from the table or it can be switched with a rotary selector switch.
